• Implement reasonable recommendations provided by Page 1 SEO where required.
• Refrain from making significant website changes that may negatively affect SEO performance during the campaign period.

5. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Required

A refund will not be required where SEO performance is negatively impacted by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

5.1 Client Changes

The client makes material changes to their website, hosting, content, domain, structure, redirects, or technical configuration without our prior approval.

5.2 Failure to Cooperate

The client fails to provide requested information, account access, approvals, content, or otherwise delays or obstructs the delivery of SEO services.

5.3 Third-Party Factors

Search engine algorithm updates, actions taken by Google or other search engines, penalties arising from historic website activity, competitor activity, or other third-party actions beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page 1 SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

7. Intellectual Property
